Kytheos is a brand of Soft Task. Services are provided by Soft Task Singapore Pte. Ltd., which is responsible for the personal data described here. Invoicing and payments for our services are handled by our channel partner, Just Price Pte. Ltd..
This website
We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies. See the cookie notice for the few we do use. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Contact form
When you contact us we store your name, email, optional company and country, the topic and your message, so that we can reply. The enquiry is stored in our website database on Cloudflare and a copy is emailed to our team mailbox, kytheos@softtask.co, where our staff read it. Your IP address is used only for abuse protection at the moment you submit and is not stored with your message. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a client.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing kytheos@softtask.co.
This notice will be reviewed by counsel and updated with regional details for each country we operate in.
